Question by Tymcail: I have a female friend who sometimes has sex with men and sometimes has sex with women?

She says that she is MORE into women than men but she does have sex with men sometimes. Even so, she vehemently denies that she is bisexual, saying, "I don't IDENTIFY as being bisexual"

Her reasons are that she adds stereotypes to the term "bisexual" like "bisexuals are slutty"

I tried to tell her that she is being ridiculous but she still says she's NOT bisexual. Am I missing something here or am I correct in thinking that she's being absurd.

She's in denial. If she has had sex with a woman she is bisexual.

Just nod at her and go along with what she says. She clearly has some strong anti homosexual inner conflicts within herself and she's trying to convince herself otherwise.

Just smile and say "yes dear"
